Frequently Asked Questions

  • JPG, PNG or PDF under 10MB. Choose a clear, well-lit photo showing your pet's face and personality. Facing the camera is preferred. Upload up to 3 photos.

  • Fill out the form, provide 1-3 photos, share any favorite colors for the background. And if you don’t have any preference, no worries. I’ll reach out via test or phone (if you prefer) confirming colors and the estimated completion time. I’ll reach out after the artwork is complete.

  • 8×10 for $55 and 9×12 for $65.

  • Your portrait's composition follows your uploaded photo. I'll confirm colors and any customizations before painting begins. Note that proofing adds time to the process and isn't included in standard pricing.

  • Pricing is $55 for an 8 × 10 or $65 for 9 × 12. Add $15 for padded shipping if needed. Super easy payment via Venmo (@elaine-mcghee) or Zelle. I’ll confirm before I pick up the brush!
